V Cycle and L'Oreal have partnered to create a cosmetic recycling program in Hong Kong. Using dedicated bins created through recycled materials, consumers can return empty beauty products, which V Cycle then transforms into new recycled materials, diverting waste from landfills and powering a circular economy for beauty.
