WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR RECYCLABLES?
Our collection is the start of a complete V Cycle Circular System.
At our Hong Kong facility, sorted recyclables undergo rigorous processing. Using plastics as an example, the material is systematically separated, shredded, cleaned, and then melted into pellets, which are repurposed as raw materials for new product manufacturing.
PRE-TREATMENT
The recycling process for baled plastics begins with unbaling, followed by automated sorting to segregate material types.
SHREDDING
Subsequently, the plastics undergo shredding and aqueous cleansing, where a sink-float mechanism isolates and removes contaminants including labels and adhesives.
MELTING
Following washing, the flakes are dried, melted, and extruded into filament strands, which are cooled and hardened via a cold-water bath.
MANUFACTURING
The strands are then pelletized, transforming the recycled plastic into a standardized commodity that re-enters the production cycle as a viable raw material for new goods.
