WHERE WASTE FINDS PURPOSE
The core engine of Hong Kong’s waste problem is linear: we take, make, and dispose. Yet within this growing crisis lies our city’s greatest economic and social opportunity. V Cycle is turning that system inside out. We are a Hong Kong and China-based social enterprise that doesn't just collect plastic, we activate it. We partner with forward-thinking businesses to intercept waste, then channel it through our three-pillar model:
Recycle: We process discarded plastic into a reliable, local supply of raw materials.
Redesign: We transform those materials into practical, high-value products, from corporate gifts to construction materials.
Empower: We create meaningful employment, focusing on uplifting Hong Kong’s elderly and mentally disadvantaged communities.
This is a localized blueprint for the circular economy. It’s built on partnerships with government, global brands, and institutions to turn corporate sustainability goals into tangible local impact. The timeline is now, and the opportunity is here. By treating plastic as a resource instead of rubbish, we can clean our city, spark innovation, and strengthen our community—all at once.

OUR VALUES AND BELIEFS
The V Cycle Philosophy
At V Cycle, we believe that true environmental change begins with human transformation. While infrastructure and technology are essential, it is the awakening of our innate kindness that creates lasting impact. Inspired by the educational philosophy of Master Chin Kung—a globally respected teacher who championed sustainability and community—we integrate environmental action with compassionate service.
A Self-Sustaining Model
Our work addresses two interconnected challenges: plastic pollution and social inequality. We operate a self-sustaining social enterprise that transforms post-consumer waste into high-quality products, while creating dignified employment for marginalized communities, including our elderly and individuals with disabilities. Guided by the principle of filial piety, we foster a family-like environment where every member is valued, respected, and cared for holistically—physically, mentally, and spiritually.
To Build a Legacy of...
Through this unique model, we demonstrate that service is reciprocal: as we support others, we grow in compassion and purpose. Our vision is a world where kindness and sustainability are inseparable—where protecting the planet becomes a natural expression of our shared humanity. By educating the next generation and building circular systems rooted in respect, we strive to leave a legacy of resilience, equality, and hope for the future.

"We are a social enterprise that sees waste as not the end but a chance to redesign the future. Through education, innovation, and collaboration, we transform discarded materials into opportunities that drive change. Our work goes beyond environmental impact by creating meaningful jobs for underprivileged elderly cardboard collectors and individuals with special educational needs."
